Meet Bruce Allison | Principal
Bruce Allison is the principal lead of BJCA Management & Consulting, bringing more than 30 years of experience in construction testing, environmental compliance, and full-scope project and program management for federal, state, and high-value commercial projects. A Montana-licensed asbestos building inspector and supervisor, Bruce has led projects ranging from specialized environmental testing scopes to multi-phase construction programs valued up to $40 million, consistently delivering results that meet or exceed regulatory and performance standards.
Bruce’s professional approach is shaped by the same discipline and attention to detail that define his life outside of work. An avid outdoorsman, he spends time in Montana’s most rugged environments fishing, observing wildlife, and navigating remote terrain—experiences that reinforce patience, preparedness, and sound judgment. These qualities translate directly into his work managing complex projects in occupied facilities, sensitive environments, and mission-critical locations where foresight and measured decision-making are essential.

His expertise spans construction quality management, hazardous materials compliance, federal stormwater and erosion control, and multi-stakeholder coordination under strict USACE, USAF, and DEQ requirements. Bruce has successfully supported projects for agencies including the U.S. Air Force Academy, Fort Carson, FE Warren AFB, the National Park Service, and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. Clients trust him for his steady leadership, hands-on oversight, and ability to bring clarity and accountability to challenging scopes—earning confidence not through promises, but through consistent, well-executed results.
